fThe UK Payroll for Interprise module is a fully online system operating through the Connected Business Platform

Payroll Features -

  • Fully accredited by HMRC to the Payroll Standard
  • Create as many payrolls as you need (note: they will all be consolidated in the one annual company P35)
  • All usual payroll periods available - weekly, 2 weekly, 4 weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual
  • Online filing of forms P35/P14, P45 & P46 starter and leavers, P9D and P11D - Mandatory for all businesses by 2009
  • Handles SSP together with SMP, SPP and SAP, attachment orders and historic tax credits
  • Pensions, Company schemes and / or Private Pensions
  • Payslips may be emailed or printed in a variety of formats
  • BACS files may be created for payments through online banking
  • A range of HR (Personnel) functions for Contacts, Job History, Training and Disciplinary records together with calculators for P9D and P11D form completion and online filing.

UK Payroll for Interprise has a simple charge structure.  Each month you need to have sufficient credits to run the payroll for that month.  You buy credits in advance at the best price for you, as illustrated in the table opposite.  The more credits you buy the lower the cost.
Your credits are reduced by exactly the number of employees for whom a payslip is generated each month you run the payroll. You only pay for what you use.

There are no price "boundaries" as in some payroll systems which, for example, make you upgrade from 50 to 100 employees when all you need is to go from 50 to 51.

Note:  This is a COMPLETE price - there are no extra charges for functions such as online filing or P11D preparation AND they INCLUDE VAT
